Password protecting Outlook Express:

1. Wile sitting in your OE inbox, use alt plus F to open the file menu.
2. Down arrow to the Identity sub menu icon and then tap enter.
3. Down arrow to manage Identities and then tap enter.
4. This should have placed your focus on mane Identity. Note/ if there is more then one Identity set up, use the up or down arrow to select the desired one you would like to password protect, Tab twice to properties and then tap enter.
5. Now Tab once to the require a password check box and tap the space bar to check it.
6. Upon tapping the space bar you should have been placed in to an edit field asking you to type in a new password. So type in your desired password, then tab once to the confirm password edit field and type the same password again.
7. Now all you need to do is tab to the OK button and tap enter, tab to the OK button again and tap enter and now tab to the close button and tap enter.
8. The next time you open Outlook Express, you will be placed in the Identity combo box. If you have more then one Identity, You can use up or down arrow to choose the proper one, tab to the password field, type in the password, tab to the OK button and then enter. You now should be logged in to OE.
