To stop Jaws from saying the subject line twice when you open a message:
In OE, press insert six (six on the number row).
Press alt S for the set options.
press V for the verbosity options.
Tab to the preferences button for your verbosity level and enter.
Arrow down to document name and press the space bar to uncheck it.
Tab to okay and enter.
Tab to okay again and enter.
press alt f4 to leave the configuration manager.
Enter on yes to save your changes.
