Here are the steps to display the BCC header in Outlook Express:

1. Open a new, blank message.
2. Press Alt V to get to the View menu.
3. Use the up arrow to choose all headers from the available choices in this menu.
4. Press enter.

Alternatively use the hot key alt+B to turn the bcc field on and off.
