1. Make a folder on your internal hard drive called outlook express and Copy all the Outlook express message files from your External drive into that folder.

2. Then, with outlook express- maximized use alt F to open the file menu.

3. Tap I to open the import submenu.

4. down aero to the messages icon and then enter.

5. You now should be in a dialog box, use the down arrow to Choose Outlook Express 6 (if that is what you are using, then tab to, and enter on the next button.

6. down aero to be sure the Restore from Identity option is selected.

7. then tab to and Enter on the OK button.

8. you now should have the option to browse for the location of the files. Tab to the Brows button and then enter.

9. use your arrow keys to Select the Outlook Express folder that you created on the drive it is located, then tab to and enter on the OK button. now tab to the OK button again and enter. all of your messages should now be imported from the folder to OE.
