1. Press control + the letter "N" to start a new message. Now press alt O for the format menu. Press the letter "R" for rich text html.
2. Press Alt + the letter "O" for formats.
3. Press the letter "B" for back ground.
4. Press the letter "S" for sounds.
5. Tab down to browse.
6. Press the space bar.
7. Browse to the folder where you have your sound files saved.
8. Tab to the listview of your sound files.
9. Arrow up or down until you find the desired sound you want.
10. Press Enter.
11. Tab down to the radio buttons for how many times you want it repeated (# of times or continuous).
12. Tab down to OK and press the space bar.

You can now send your E-Mail as normal by choosing your recipient or CC recipients and so forth. Everytime you start a new message you have to redo what ever sound you want to use as it cancels out when you send your message.

To extract music from E-Mails

To extract the song, press control shift O for the options on the tools menu. Control tab to the read tab and then check the box for Read all messages in plain text. The song will then appear in the Attach field as a file that can be saved just like any other attachment.

To save the music and or picture:

1. Go to the file menu and choose save attachments as.
2. Select where you want to save the sound or picture.
3. tab down to save and hit enter.
