Copying text from the command prompt can be done as follows:

From the command line window, press Alt-Spacebar to open the System Menu.
Arrow down to the Edit menu, and press the right arrow.
Arrow down to select all and press Enter.
Press the Alt-Spacebar key and arrow down to the edit menu and press the right arrow.
Arrow down to Copy and press Enter.
Open your text editor of choice and paste the contents into a blank document.

Now you can use the data as you see fit
