1. Within the mailbox list, use your Jaws cursor to focus on the subject of a message whose thread you would like to delete.

2. with the Jaws cursor focused anywhere on the subject field, press ALT + LEFT MOUSE BUTTON

3. all of the messages matching the criteria (in this case the subject field) will be gathered together and highlighted.

4. Press the Delete key to delete all of the selected messages.
