OE Hide. After you install it, it will be running in your system tray. To run it from your programs menu it is under R2 Studios. Now when you have OE open, if you press alt space bar then N to minimize it, OE will minimize to your system tray. If you enter on your OE Icon, it will open OE. Or you can go to your system tray list with insert f11 and enter on outlook express. This will bring up a context menu for show OE, hide OE,and other things along with unload and exit OE. You will need to use that last one to shut down OE since now alt f4 will just minimize it to the system tray.
