The ECleaner program puts an icon on your desktop and it automatically assigns it a hotkey of alt control J in the properties. If you use this to start jaws, it will not bring up jaws, it will bring up ECleaner. To change or remove the shorcut for ECleaner here is how to do it:
Minimize all apps with windows key M.
Press e until you get to ECleaner.
Press alt enter.
You should be on the shortcut tab. If you don't land on the shortcut tab then control tab until you do land on it.
Tab twice until you get to the shortcut key field.
Either press the delete key so that there is no hot key, or you can type another letter and that will make the hotkey alt control plus the letter you choose, or you can create your own hotkey.
Tab to the okay button and hit enter. Note: you may need to reboot before these changes will take effect.
